-
A: Yes, we are happy to work with a builder and/or architect that you have already contracted. If you are still looking for these roles, we are also happy to introduce you to several that we know and trust!
-
A: It is best to bring an interior designer onto your team as early in the project as possible. Our role is to plan your home from the inside-out (focusing on your lifestyle and daily experience) while most builders and architects will plan a home from the outside-in. In other words, we bring out the best in each other, working together to create a home design that fits you like a glove.
-
A: One of our favorite things to do is work with your existing well-loved pieces and repurpose or reimagine them into the new design you’re envisioning. If it is possible to do so and if they work with the new design direction, let’s keep them and pair them with newly purchased furnishings that will make the entire space feel brand new.
-
A: Yes. We take great pride in assembling an extended team of vendors and suppliers with excellent customer service and products we stand behind for their quality, craftsmanship, customization (in color, fabric, dimensions, etc.) and comfort. Managing the procurement through our trusted partners also gives our process greater organization, efficiency, and access to professional installation. This is how we provide the best possible service to you!

We charge a fee for residential design services based on the scope of the project. This is based on historical data, so we can provide you with exceptional service. The fee will be outlined in your letter of agreement at the start of the project for full transparency. For furnishing procurement, we will also provide you with a detailed proposal that outlines your selection costs aligned with your desired investment. This is presented for approval at the final design presentation.
